How to Create your own Google Chrome theme:-

Remember:-

1        "theme_frame"                                 ∞ x 80

2        "theme_toolbar"                               ∞ x 120

3        "theme_tab_background"               ∞ x 65

4        "theme_ntp_background"             Minimum 800 x 600

5        "theme_frame_overlay"              1100 x 40

Step(1):- Create a Manifest.json

step(2):- Create 5 image file in PNG format (using photoshop,corel,acdc,etc.)
              First image file theme_frame.png.
              Second image file theme_toolbar.png
              Third image file theme_ntp_background.png
              Four image file theme_tab_background.png
              Five image file theme_frame_overlay.png

Step(3):- Create a folder "My theme" into another folder create images.
               manifest.json file move to My theme folder and 5 image file move to images folder.
               completed.

Step(4):- open Google chrome click customize and control-tools-extensions-click load unpacked extensions.    
                                                     and show path my theme folder where you saved it.
